Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

255 Pix Studio Oy is a growth company founded in 2024 and is part of Reinvent Yellow, a Finnish-Danish media and content group. In addition to Finland and Denmark, the group operates in Ireland, with the ambition to build a sales and marketing driven, vertically integrated content engine at a European scale.

255 Pix serves as the group’s core for postproduction, AI, and automation. Its mission is to automate, accelerate, and scale the production of TV and film projects — as well as the related workflows — internationally. The aim is to achieve shorter production lead times and improved delivery reliability, both measurable and repeatable.

We are now seeking a CTO to turn this vision into a fully functioning, automated, and scalable business model.

As CTO, you will be responsible for 255 Pix’s technology and automation capabilities as part of the Reinvent Yellow Group’s broader strategy. You will lead the transformation of traditional content production and develop solutions that automate manual processes while enabling an efficient, crossborder production model.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technology and automation strategy for 255 Pix in alignment with group objectives and the company’s business strategy

• Lead the development of GenAI and automation solutions from concept to pilot and into production use across multiple countries

• Build and lead a technical team focused on GenAI solutions, automation, and productionready systems

• Define and manage technical architecture, automation pipelines, and the development roadmap

• Ensure the quality, security, scalability, and maintainability of solutions

• Collaborate closely with group leadership and production companies to deploy automation into daytoday operations

• Participate in customer and partner discussions as a technical expert, particularly in automation and GenAI

• Lead budgeting, resourcing, and partner management for technology and automation

This is a role for someone who can build international automation capabilities, where success is measured through time, cost efficiency, and repeatability.

What You Bring

• Strong experience with generative AI and automation technologies

• Proven track record in automating manual processes in production environments

• Solid background in software development and systems architecture

• Ability to build scalable automation pipelines and orchestrated workflows

• Understanding of security, quality, and operational reliability

• Experience in building and leading teams
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English, and ability to convey technical concepts clearly

Considered a Plus

• Experience in game development or VFX/animation workflows

• Experience in growth companies or automationdriven product development

• International work experience
• Experience in DevOps or similar
