Product Director, PSA

Severa and ValueFrame are modern and visual Professional Services Automation (PSA) SaaS-products that manage projects and resources as well as time tracking and invoicing processes. Our product business is sustainable and scalable, and we provide value with market-leading, secure, business-critical software to our customers in the Nordics and the Netherlands.

We are now looking for an experienced Product Director to steer our international growth story.

What can you expect when joining us?

In this role, you will lead the cross-functional product business management board to drive profitable growth while ensuring alignment of sales, marketing, customer service and product development in a scalable SaaS environment.

You will shape the strategic direction and initiatives required to achieve business goals, focusing on yearly and quarterly timeframes. Your responsibilities also include coordinating teams to ensure cohesive efforts toward shared outcomes, leveraging your experience in business development or leading large teams or business units with OKRs.

Your main objectives include two strategic factors:

International growth. Severa is the market leader in Finland and has a relevant foothold in Sweden and Norway. We also have a few initiatives in Denmark and the Netherlands. The first important strategic aspect of this position is to continue the growth especially through partners in Nordics.

Capitalizing AI opportunities. The second exciting development is the emergence of AI, which will shape how our customers’ everyday operations are run and automate tasks that they are performing for their customers. Changes in customers’ landscape are relevant to address in the product strategies and roadmaps.

On the tactical side there are some near term pursuits, including consolidating customer bases of various products, working on pricing models, improving efficiency etc.

What do you need to succeed?

• Relevant experience in leading a software business. Experience in international business or partner sales business models is considered a significant advantage.
• Comprehensive experience from SaaS product management, with commercial or business background is also an advantage.
• Ability to visualize the sustainable growth and development of product life cycle in a rapidly changing environment.
• Customer focus and/or relevant industry understanding.
• Understanding of AI technologies in business applications context, along with a relevant academic background.
• Strong leadership and team working skills.
• Ability to communicate the strategy clearly and set audacious goals to your team.
• Professional proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian is considered an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary and bonus model. The salary range is to be defined depending on your relevant experience and seniority, but we are happy to hear your expectations. Our recruitment process includes 2-3 interview rounds with a small assignment and an online personality assessment.
