Beamex Oy is a Finnish technology company specializing in calibration solutions for measurement instruments in the process industry. Founded in 1975, the company develops, manufactures, and markets high-quality calibration equipment, software, and services used for precise measurement and control of pressure, temperature, and electrical signals.

In addition, Beamex offers expert services, training, and accredited calibration and repair services at its laboratory in Pietarsaari, which is ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified. The company’s solutions are used in over 80 countries worldwide and serve industries where accurate measurement data is critical, such as energy, food, pharmaceutical, and process industries.

Due to a new PMO role, we are now looking to strengthen our team with a new professional for the position of PMO – Enterprise Systems & IT Operations.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the existing PMO function comprehensively and create standards and a governance model for the organization.
• Support strategic initiatives by ensuring high-quality project management practices.
• Enhance project work, portfolio management, and decision-making processes.
• Lead ICT projects, managing resourcing, budgeting, and vendor collaboration.
• Act as a supervisor for the IT operations team and mentor for various stakeholders.
• Drive change and support the organization’s growth.

Key Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of experience in successfully delivering ICT projects.
• Proven experience in building and developing project management frameworks; familiarity with the PMO role.
• Experience in managing operational IT functions.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a transparent approach to stakeholder collaboration.
• Analytical and systematic working style.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Relevant educational background, M.Sc or B.Sc (ICT, Business, or equivalent); certifications in project management such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2 are considered an asset.
